We currently do not ship worldwide.
Processing Times: All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
How to Track Your Order: Go to our storefront homepage, click on Track You Order and enter your tracking number from the shipping email. We will send an email informing you that your items have been shipped. The email will have your USPS tracking number, if you have any questions you can contact us at: email@example.com.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery time 2-4 days after your order is processed.
All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm Mountain Time. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 6 pm Mountain Time are processed the next business day. Sea Moss Gels are only shipped Mon-Wed.
All packages are delivered Monday through Saturday.
Stocked Items & Custom Products: Stocked items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted. Custom products processing time is 3 days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Items which are made to order ship out in 3-5 days.
Custom items can take between 3-5 business days to ship.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. Box. We are not responsible for undelivered packages. All shipments are tracked. Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered.
