Returns And Refund Policy
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you are unhappy with your product, we will gladly replace it with another product of equal or less value or issued a store credit whichever you prefer. If you are not happy with the taste of bitters or sea moss gel, we are not responsible for your taste buds, as these products are unique in taste and flavor.
Refunds: Refunds are given in the form of in store credit, we will email you a gift certificate. Processing times are normally 24-48 hours. Gift certificates may take 24 hours to arrive in your inbox, check your spam.
Cancellations: We gladly accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.
Shipping Returns: You are responsible for the shipping cost of returns; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please take a photo of the product you are unhappy with and email us at email@example.com. We are more than happy to make it right, we pride ourselves in customer service so rest assured we will get it right.
